Special Clause: Custom Designs & Product Images

  • User-Submitted Designs: Artwork provided for custom print orders is used solely to process that order. We will not use, share, or display your designs without explicit written consent.
  • On-Site Images: All website imagery is our own property, properly licensed, or used with permission.
  • Removal Requests: Email info@hoodix.info with subject "Image Removal Request". We respond within 5 business days.
  • Contract Performance (Art. 6(1)(b)): Processing required to fulfil your order.
  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): When you accept our cookie notice or tick the contact form consent checkbox.
  • Legal Obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): Where required by EU law.
  • Legitimate Interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): For improving our services, where this does not override your rights.

Cookies & Local Storage

We use a single localStorage entry to record your cookie consent preference. We do not use third-party tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies.

Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary, or as required by applicable EU law. Contact form submissions are deleted after 24 months.
