How do I care for my hoodie?
Machine wash inside-out at 30°C maximum. Air-dry or tumble on low heat. Never iron directly over the print — use a pressing cloth or iron from the reverse side.
How long does international delivery take?
Non-EU orders typically arrive in 7–14 business days. Every order is tracked from dispatch — tracking link by email the moment your parcel ships.
Do I pay customs on non-EU orders?
EU orders are completely customs-free. For non-EU destinations, local import duties may apply and are the buyer's responsibility. We declare all shipments accurately.
Can I return a custom-printed item?
Custom items are made to spec — not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Production defect? Email info@hoodix.info and we'll fix it immediately.
Best file formats for custom prints?
Best: AI, EPS, or SVG (vector formats). Also accepted: PNG with transparent background and JPEG at 300 DPI+. Send what you have — we'll assess and advise at no cost.
